Local Deliveries - Our local delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. Our local area is defined by the following postcodes: N9, N11, N12, N13, N14, N17, N18, N20, N21, N22, EN1, EN2, EN4.
You must order before 12pm for same day local delivery. Unfortunately we can not guarantee same day delivery for any orders received after 12pm.
Nationwide Deliveries - Our overnight nationwide delivery service is available from Tuesday to Friday. In the event that you need us to deliver on Monday or Saturday we will use our trusted network of national florists to deliver on our behalf.
We do not offer same day Nationwide delivery. You must order before 12pm for next day delivery. Unfortunately we can not guarantee next day delivery for any orders received after 12pm.
International Deliveries - Our international delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday. Unfortunately we aren't in a position to deliver internationally from our shop floor just yet, but will use our loyal continental contacts to deliver on our behalf. We recommend that you call us on 020 8045 0356 if you would like to send flowers internationally, given the number of considerations that need to be made, such as local public holidays or time zone and cut off time differences.
Exceptions - Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Sundays, except for Valentine's day or Mother's Day, or the day immediately following a public holiday, due to restricted stocks on these days.
In the unfortunate event that an order has been placed for delivery on any of these days and we are unable to contact you in time, we will deliver, where possible, the flowers the day before or the day after the date requested.
If a flower is unavailable for any reason, we will substitute this for a flower with a similar type and colour, that will fit with the style of bouquet, and of equal or greater value.
Delivery Instructions - Please ensure to add any important details to your order that we need to know about, such as when you would ideally like the flowers to be received by the recipient (though we can't always guarantee times, we will always do our best), along with any other special instructions for our drivers such as where to leave the flowers if the recipient isn't home. Also please don't forget to write the recipient a personal message!
If the recipient isn't available to accept the delivery and we don't have any further instructions from you, we will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe place, or with a neighbour, or if all else fails at the local depot. Our delivery driver will leave a signature calling card, with details of where we left the delivery.
